jjwln Platform Agreement

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the jjwln platform, including the website accessible at https://jjwln.cam, all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, customer support channels and any services or features made available through these platforms (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

jjwln is an online sports betting and casino service operated by the entity identified in the operator disclosure published on the Platform ("Operator", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you ("User", "you", "Player") confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any supplementary policies referenced herein including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any specific promotion terms.

Pakistan has gambling restrictions in place, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. These Terms do not constitute legal advice, and jjwln does not represent that participation in its Services is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in their location before doing so. jjwln is not licensed, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority in Pakistan.

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement. Where the context requires, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

• "Account" The individual user account registered by a Player on the Platform, providing access to all betting, gaming and account management features.
• "Balance" The total of Real Money Funds and/or Bonus Funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in PKR unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" Credits allocated to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements and promotional terms.
• "KYC" Know Your Customer procedures, being the identity and age verification processes required of Players before withdrawals or as otherwise requested by the Operator for regulatory compliance purposes.
• "Platform" / "Services" The jjwln website, mobile interfaces and all associated services including sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer products, customer support and account management tools.
• "Real Money Funds" Funds deposited by a Player using their own financial resources, excluding Bonus Funds, and available for wagering and withdrawal subject to verification requirements.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" Any territory where access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law, regulation or operator policy, as listed in Section 3 of these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" The minimum total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds (or Bonus Funds plus deposit) before a withdrawal of winnings generated from those Bonus Funds is permitted.
• "PKR" Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which the Platform's primary transactions are denominated for Pakistani users.

Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or who meet a higher age requirement where mandated by the applicable licensing jurisdiction or operator policy. By registering, you represent and warrant that you satisfy this age requirement. The Operator employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person below the minimum age will be closed immediately and all associated funds will be handled in accordance with regulatory requirements.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The Platform is not intended for use by individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for verifying that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Operator is not responsible for any breach by Users of local laws or regulations. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, access to the Platform may be restricted in certain territories and the Operator reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate any Account where it determines that the User is located in a Restricted Jurisdiction.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by one individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any Bonus Funds and, where fraud is suspected, referral to the relevant authorities. If you have forgotten your account credentials, contact support for assistance rather than registering a new account.

3.4 Personal Use Only

Accounts are for the personal use of the registered account holder only. You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account on your behalf, nor may you open an Account on behalf of another person. Account sharing, proxy use and agency relationships are all prohibited.

Account Rules

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your Account. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and legal action where applicable.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify the Operator immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. jjwln will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. You are solely liable for all activity conducted through your Account unless you have notified us of a security breach as described above.

4.3 KYC Verification

The Operator is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks on Players. You agree to provide any documentation requested, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Pakistan CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the preceding three months
• Source of funds documentation where required by the Operator's anti-money-laundering procedures
• Payment method verification documentation

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights and, ultimately, Account closure. KYC checks are a regulatory requirement, not a discretionary measure.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures. Accounts under active investigation for fraud or policy violations may not be eligible for voluntary closure until the investigation is concluded.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Players may fund their Accounts using the payment methods made available on the Platform at the time of deposit. Minimum deposit amounts, transaction limits and processing times are published in the Platform's Cashier section and are subject to change. The Operator accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the Player's financial institution or payment processor.

References to payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are made for contextual clarity. These references do not constitute an endorsement by, or a formal partnership with, any of those providers. Availability of specific payment options may vary and is subject to change.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must have passed the applicable KYC verification stage before any withdrawal is processed
• Real Money Funds may be withdrawn subject to any applicable minimum withdrawal threshold published in the Cashier section
• Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds are only withdrawable once all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible
• The Operator reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals above specified thresholds

Processing times vary by payment method and are published in the Cashier section. Silver and Gold loyalty tier members benefit from expedited processing as described in the Loyalty Programme terms.

5.3 Currency

The Platform's primary transaction currency for Pakistani users is the Pakistani Rupee (PKR). Where currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate will be disclosed at the point of transaction. The Operator is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees imposed by the Player's financial institution.

Bonus & Promotions Terms

6.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional credits ("Promotions") offered by jjwln are subject to these General Terms and any specific terms applicable to the individual Promotion as published at the time of the offer. In the event of conflict, specific promotion terms take precedence over these General Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is specified in each individual Promotion's terms. As an illustrative example only: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement would require PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before the associated winnings become withdrawable. These figures are examples — refer to the relevant Promotion for applicable requirements.

6.3 Maximum Bet During Active Bonus

While a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain incomplete, a maximum bet limit applies per round or per transaction as specified in the Promotion terms. Placing a bet that exceeds this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. The maximum bet limit is a standard protection measure and applies regardless of whether the Player is aware of it.

6.4 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published in the Promotions terms and typically vary by product category. As a general guide: slot titles typically contribute 100%, live casino games and table titles may contribute a lower percentage, and certain game types may be entirely excluded from wagering requirement calculations. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable contribution rates before choosing which games to use for bonus clearance.

6.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that have not been withdrawn or forfeited will expire upon the date specified in the relevant Promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account automatically. Expiry dates are displayed in the Account's Bonus section.

6.6 Bonus Abuse

The Operator reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim Bonus Funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using coordinated wagering strategies to extract bonus value with minimal risk, or misrepresenting eligibility. Decisions on bonus abuse determinations are made by the Operator and may be appealed via the standard complaints process.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

The Operator reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet or wager at its discretion. Bets are not accepted until confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been generated. Pre-match and in-play (live) markets may have different cut-off times and acceptance conditions as displayed in the relevant market interface.

7.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

jjwln offers betting markets on cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, ICC T20 World Cup, ICC Champions Trophy and other domestic and international fixtures — as well as football, UFC, esports and other sports. References to PSL, ICC, PCB or any sporting organisation are for contextual identification of events only and do not imply official partnership, endorsement or affiliation with those organisations.

Settlement of sports bets is carried out in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, settlement rules specific to the affected market apply as published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.

7.3 Casino and Live Games

Casino games — including slots, live dealer titles, table games and instant games — are governed by the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game information panel. Advertised RTP figures are statistical averages over a large number of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, manifest pricing error, system malfunction or any event that the Operator reasonably determines to have produced an incorrect outcome, the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the Player's Account. The Operator is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Responsible Gambling Obligations

jjwln is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that support Players in maintaining healthy gambling habits. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that the Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only.

8.1 Player Responsibility

You agree to use the Platform responsibly and to make use of the responsible gambling tools available in your Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods and self-exclusion. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to set and maintain limits appropriate to your financial circumstances.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Any Player may request self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting customer support or using the self-exclusion tool in Account settings. During a self-exclusion period, account access is restricted, marketing communications are suppressed and re-registration is not permitted. The Operator will make reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion but cannot guarantee complete prevention of access by a determined individual.

8.3 Underage Gambling Prevention

The Operator employs age verification procedures and supports the use of parental control software by adults in households where minors may have access to internet-connected devices. If you believe a minor has accessed the Platform, please contact support immediately.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and legal action:

1. Registering more than one Account or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account policy
2. Providing false, misleading or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC processes
3. Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, including structured deposits designed to obscure the source of funds
4. Exploiting software errors, glitches, pricing errors or bonus structures in bad faith
5. Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without the Operator's express prior written consent
6. Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
7. Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction in contravention of Section 3.2
8. Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour towards Platform staff or other users
9. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems
10. Using another person's payment method without their express consent

Intellectual Property & Content

10.1 Operator's Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the jjwln brand name, logo, design, software, text, graphics, game content, audio-visual materials and compiled data — is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence, right or interest in the Platform's intellectual property beyond the limited right of access described herein.

10.2 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any other use — including reproduction, redistribution, commercial exploitation or creation of derivative works — is prohibited without the Operator's prior written consent.

10.3 Third-Party Content

The Platform incorporates content and software from third-party game studios, sports data providers and other licensors. Use of such content is subject to the respective third-party licence terms in addition to these Terms. The Operator is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party content.

Limitation of Liability

11.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors or compatibility with the Player's device or network. The Operator does not guarantee that specific games, markets or features will be available at all times.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Funds held in the Player's Account at the time the claim arises, or an amount equivalent to one month's average deposit value, whichever is greater. The Operator shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages.

11.3 Force Majeure

The Operator shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, power outages, cyber-attacks, strikes, pandemics or any other event constituting force majeure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated and licensed, as disclosed in the Operator's licensing disclosure published on the Platform. This choice of law does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

12.2 Complaints Process

If you have a complaint regarding the Platform or these Terms, you should first contact jjwln's customer support team in writing, providing a clear description of the complaint and any supporting evidence. The Operator will acknowledge receipt within a reasonable timeframe and aim to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly.

12.3 Escalation

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal channels, the Operator will advise the Player of any applicable alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms available under the licensing regime, as specified in the Operator's licensing disclosure.

Amendments to These Terms

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via a notice on the Platform and/or by email to the address on the Account. The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than fourteen (14) days from the date of notification for material changes unless earlier implementation is required by law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.
